- Credit card details and copy of your passport or identity card and tax code have to be presented when making a reservation.
- In case your credit card is not valid, the hotel does not ensure accommodation.
- Upon cancellations up to 2 days prior your arrival, no fee will be charged. On later cancellations and in case of a no-show the cost of the entire stay will be charged on your credit card provided at the time of the booking as a guarantee.
